Chester is such a cracking place to throw a Stag Do to remember because it really does have everything in one place and regardless of how intoxicated you become, you'll never be a more than a few minutes drunken meandering from the 3 staples of human [male] existence....1) beer, 2) kebabs and 3) busty beauties. Chester is so good, in fact, that they built a wall around the city to keep all the totty in and, in doing so, ensuring an epically entertaining nightlife. (NB: Chester really is a walled city. Whether it is to keep totty in, however, is still being debated by historians).

It's safe to say once your Stag Group has arrived in the inviting streets of Chester, you'll be bombarded with things to see and do. Things to see include pubs and things to do include drink beer. Once sufficient Dutch courage has entered your bloodstream you may deem it fitting to showcase some dance moves to show your appreciation to Chester for its hospitality. Particular favourites amongst the fun loving clientele include the Robot, the Truffle Shuffle and the Beserker. There really is few better venues in the North West to enjoy a night of Stag Party debauchery than this first class city and providing you don't drink your own body weight in beer and forget everything, it will provide some awesome memories of how the Stag was sent off in style!

By Car

Getting to this popular stag party destination by car is very straightforward. Chester can be reached from almost anywhere in the UK via the M6, M56 and the M53 motorway links.

By Train

Getting to this stag destination by train can be great way to get all the boys together. Have a few beers, play cards and look forward to the monumental weekend that lies ahead of you. Chester can be reached easily by train and has five direct trains a day from London. It also receives direct trains from Liverpool and Manchester.

By Plane

If any members of your stag party are coming from further afield, then you might want to consider flying into either Manchester International or John Lennon international airport. Both airports are approximately 40 minutes away by road.

Ariving By Plane

If you're not intending to hire a car at the airport then it's probably wise to fly into Manchester. A rail service runs between Manchester international airport and Chester. National Express also runs a direct coach service from the airport through to our Chester stag destination.

Ariving By Bus

Arriving at this popular stag destination by coach (National Express) is convenient and cheap from almost anywhere in the UK. Coaches stop at a bus stop on Vicars Lane Opposite the visitors centre. See our special stag city guide map for a more extensive overview.

Our Chester Stag party destination is a fairly compact city, meaning that walking between the bars, clubs and strip venues will pose absolutely no problems. Get the groom into a taxi and back into bed. He's gunna need all his energy for the next days chosen activities! Taxis can be quite scarce after the bars and clubs close so the best man might want to organise Taxi's before hand..if he's some sort of super human and has the capacity to pre-plan things.
