River Derwent Canoe Trip

An awesome 4-mile canoe trip experience down the lovely River Derwent from Darley Bridge to Matlock Bath in the Peak District.

After a thorough safety briefing we begin our descent of the river, practising some canoe skills at the start in order to negotiate moving water, rapids, under bridges and avoid those rocks!! ​
In the Middle section of the river, you can relax and enjoy the scenery before negotiating the rapids towards the end.

Suitable for teenagers to adults. Good co-ordination is required to get control of the canoes quickly on moving water.
