White Water Rafting Experience

You want Fast flowing rapids, drops, boilers, weirs, stoppers and eddy’s? This is no ordinary adventure activity.
At Adventures Wales we are a stone’s throw away from Cardiff, making white water rafting a very accessible day from the city of Cardiff

After a quick ride to one of three rafting locations you'll be kitted up and briefed ready for your adrenalin-soaked white water rafting experience. Once you've changed into your wetsuit, buoyancy aid, and helmet it's time to climb into the raft and put your paddle power to the ultimate test!

As you work your way down stream you'll have to battle fast flowing white water, rocks and rapids which means teamwork and communication are key. As this is a full day experience, once you've conquered one stretch of white water it's straight onto the next and Wales is home to some of the wildest stretches of white water in the world!
